Danielle Tennent, DZD Founder

I live in the wonderful New Orleans, Louisiana (GO SAINTS!) and I currently attend Strayer University to obtain my Bachelors degree in Business Administration.  I have a passion for community and helping others, especially single mothers and children.  I also founded a non-profit, Tennent Foundation, which has a mission to provide resources and assistance to single mothers with chronic illnesses.  I myself have M.A.C. Lung Disease and live with one lung so I know the struggles of living with a chronic illness and how it can affect your life.

I am 36 and a single mother of five, which includes a set of twins.  I love all things vintage and enjoy vintage and thrift shopping in my free time.  I also love listening to my record player while sipping wine. Mardi Gras is my favorite holiday (with Christmas coming in second). I’m also a huge sports fan.
